Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Assist in the setup, customization, and maintenance of Zoho CRM to meet the company’s sales and marketing objectives.
2. Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance for Wati WhatsApp Software, ensuring seamless communication channels for internal teams and external clients.
3. Coordinate and support virtual meetings and webinars using Zoom, including assisting with technical setup and addressing any connectivity or audio-visual issues.
4. Collaborate with team members to organize and structure data within Notion, optimizing workflow efficiency and accessibility.
5. Offer user support and training for Google Workspace applications, including troubleshooting and guiding users on best practices.
6. Participate in IT projects and initiatives, such as system upgrades, migrations, and integration efforts across various platforms.
7. Conduct research on emerging technologies and trends in educational technology, providing insights and recommendations for potential adoption.
8. Assist in the documentation of IT processes, procedures, and best practices to ensure consistency and facilitate knowledge sharing among team members.
9. Perform routine system checks and maintenance tasks to ensure the stability and security of IT infrastructure.
10. Collaborate with employees to identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization within the company’s technological ecosystem.
