Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential clients interested in the Booming Bulls Life Management Programme Online or Offline.
  • Engage prospects in conversations, understand their needs, and provide information about the 3-day program.
  • Address client inquiries, resolve concerns, and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Guide potential clients through the necessary documentation and application processes.
  • Maintain accurate and updated client records and communication details in the CRM system used by the company.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure a smooth sales process and customer experience.
  • Achieve individual sales targets set by the company.
  • Continuously improve sales skills through training and professional development opportunities provided by the company.
  • Adhere to the company’s policies, guidelines, and best practices.


  • Prior experience in sales or telemarketing, will be preferred.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills and a confident phone presence.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with potential clients.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales-related tools.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
  • Availability to work from the office during designated business hours.
